61 falcon station wagon

is a new crate motor from Ford rancing. 340 hp, alum. heads , roller motor. Trans is a redone C4, rear end is from a Grabber and rebuilt as well. Disk brakes also from the Grabber. Body was shaved and all repaired in metal. Only bondo used was a thin skim coat for paint. Drip rail removed, corvair fuel door added. All crome and stainless was redone. Paint is PPG tarnished silver flake. Interior is tweed charcoal and silver. 17″ American Mags. I could go on.. … falcon ford streetrod custom …

1962 Dodge 4 door sedan

This body style is unique for Dodge and Plymouth this year. It is considered at the time to be “European” with its pronounced character lines on the side. I don’t think it was too successful in the marketplace, for the following year, the styling was changed for a much more squarish appearance. Note the 225 ci slant 6, which I m sure gave adequate performance in this car. No power accessories were on this car, nor were they needed, in my opinion. Push button torqueflite was suppied, however….

1964 Mercury Comet 4 door sedan….driven by the original owner over half a million miles!!

This lady owner loves her car! She bought it new and has maintained it over the years. She says the air conditioning unit is original to the car. Who says American vehicles don’t last! :D

1955 Pontiac Star Chief two door hardtop

A beautiful car, in the typical two tone color combination of the time! Chief Pontiac proudly is enshrined on the lighted hood ornament! Notice the “silver streak” design..the chrome down the middle of the hood and deck. This is the first year for the overhead valve V8 at Pontiac…ignore what I said about a flathead V8 in earlier models..it was a flathead straight 8..or a 6 depending on option. This car was up for auction at Zephyrhills, Florida.
