Hey, Mick! Good to know this model hasn’t completely faded out…and that it is still being reproduced! This was probably the ONLY car most could afford during those depression years..and yeah, Henry favored black as it took less time to paint…It and the model T that preceeded it were largely responsible for keeping America mobile during the worst of times! That’s one of the reasons, together with its utter simplicity that keeps it popular! Thanks!

I’ve seen something like this before…recently…they made them in Manchester, dontchaknow! Steering wheel’s on the wrong side on this one! It’s a bit RED, isn’t it? A bit bright for a car built in the Great Depression? (Or have I got my years wrong?) Nice condition though. I think this is one of the first models of car I can think of that I’ve seen fitted with a cosmetic external grille to the rad, even if it is just a stone shield.

Hey, Julia! Glad to see you..and I’m sure this would be more comfortable than an elephant, however, not nearly so memorable! Thanks! Jack. x.

Hey, Brent…yeah..looks pretty stock to me. And I think it would be perfectly legal to have someone ride in the rumbleseat. Vintage cars are exempt from seatbelt laws here in this state, if they didn’t come equipped with them from the factory. Indeed, it’s possible for kids to ride in the back of pickups..a practice I consider pretty dangerous. Thanks!

Hey, Brent! Yeah, this is a local car…people often put vintage plates from the locale where they came from. Most people here came from somewhere else..so we have a bunch of different plates on old cars! Florida only has one plate..and that’s been that way for years. Other states like California and New Jersey require 2. Maybe the guy in Ontario lost his other plate. Thanks!

also may i say this is a nice car, and it appears to be all stock, and no SBC under the hood! there is a God!
lol lol also i wonder if its still legal to ride in the rumble seat when the car is in motion? also too bad these cars didn’t have a rear window that rolled down, then the passengers in the rear could yell up too the driver easier, otherwise, they might not hear your screams! lol i know in a convertible, in the rear seat you can have your breath taken away by the wind! its kinda scary

at first i thought it was a long way from home (Wisconsin plate) but i see it has a Florida plate in the rear, so in Florida they only need a plate in the rear? its been awhile since i seen a Florida car putting around here, and the last time i was down in Florida was 1999! here in Ontario a front and rear plate are mandatory, but i have seen a late 90s Camaro with only a rear Ontario plate? and no plate up front? i seen it a number of times, strange?

Very nice. I used to have a 1917 Ford T-Bucket. Similar to this. But it had a purple color going on.(Not original of course.)
